Underground connects buyers with independent sellers of clothing, footwear, bags, jewelry and accessories. Sellers describe and fulfill their products. Underground provides discovery, account, order-record and support tools. A listing or seller profile is not a guarantee of authenticity, delivery or performance.
Use accurate account details, protect your credentials and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction; sellers must have authority to bind their business. Do not impersonate people, evade restrictions, exploit the service or interfere with other users.
Rules and enforcement
The linked buyer, seller, community and product policies explain responsibilities. Underground may restrict unsafe or abusive activity, hide listings and investigate reports. Restrictions do not erase outstanding fulfillment, refund or legal duties. Affected users can request review through Contact and Support.
Underground does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, sales, income or business outcomes. No clause here transfers liability that the law or a payment-provider contract assigns to Underground. A blanket liability waiver, mandatory arbitration clause or invented governing jurisdiction is not part of this preview.
Nothing in these policies removes rights that applicable law makes mandatory, or prevents a legitimate card dispute, payment-provider complaint, regulatory report, or honest review. Contacting Underground does not extend a card issuer’s or legal deadline.
