Set stock honestly
Use tracked stock when Underground is your main shop. Use unlimited or unknown only when inventory is also managed somewhere else.
Handle shipping fast
Sellers are responsible for packing, shipping, carrier choice, and adding tracking after an order is placed.
Write a return policy
Sellers choose their return rules, but buyers should see those rules before checkout so there are fewer disputes.
