What a seller pays
Underground’s existing commission tiers are 10%, 8%, 6%, 4% and 3%, based on the active monthly sales tier configuration. The server determines the applicable tier and records the fee for a purchase. Seller billing and transaction records should be used to review the actual rate and amount; a later tier change does not rewrite an earlier order.
Stripe’s actual processing fee is separate and deducted from seller proceeds in the intended direct-charge arrangement. The listed platform percentage is the platform commission, not a promise of net bank income after taxes, adjustments or other provider charges. Provider terms and the actual payment record govern.
Underground retains its commission on a refunded sale under the seller arrangement unless a correction or law requires otherwise. Sellers fund required buyer refunds and retained provider fees. These seller costs do not diminish mandatory buyer remedies. No completed charge, refund or bank payout is claimed until verified.
