Allowed scope and prohibited conduct
Underground is for lawful apparel: clothing, footwear, bags, jewelry and accessories. Listings must accurately identify the item, condition, material, price and any relevant safety or use restrictions.
Do not list counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe or illegal goods; unauthorized copies or misused logos, images or designs; prohibited weapons, controlled substances or services; deceptive replicas; or products that infringe another person’s rights. Do not use listings for scams, harassment, hateful threats or payments unrelated to a genuine product.
Underground may hide a listing while reviewing credible concerns and restrict repeat or serious violations. Sellers must cooperate with requests for reasonable proof of authenticity, ownership or permission. A visible listing is not a certification of safety or legality.
