Rights in listings
Only upload product photos, artwork, descriptions, logos and designs you own or have permission to use. Resale rights do not automatically grant permission to copy someone else’s marketing photographs or imply brand endorsement. Sellers are responsible for truthful authenticity claims and lawful use of trademarks.
Rights owners or authorized representatives can use Contact and Support to identify the work or mark, the exact listing URLs, their authority, the claimed violation and supporting evidence. Include a reliable contact method and accurate statements. Do not file knowingly false reports. Report evidence may be shared as necessary with the affected seller or appropriate authority.
Review and correction
Underground may remove access while reviewing a credible report, request permission or authenticity evidence, and restrict repeat infringement. Sellers may ask for review and provide a lawful explanation or evidence. A marketplace decision is not a court determination.
