A fair place to discover
Be honest in listings, profiles, reviews, messages and reports. Do not buy fake engagement, impersonate a creator, fabricate reviews, hide material endorsements, manipulate discovery or use repeated accounts to evade a restriction. Sellers and buyers must not harass, threaten, discriminate unlawfully, publish private information or pressure someone to abandon a legitimate complaint.
Submit useful evidence and report in good faith. Bad-faith refund, chargeback or reporting abuse may lead to review, but making an honest complaint, lawful card dispute or critical review is not itself abuse. Underground may limit activity, hide content or suspend accounts proportionately to evidence and risk. Contact support to request review.
Nothing in these policies removes rights that applicable law makes mandatory, or prevents a legitimate card dispute, payment-provider complaint, regulatory report, or honest review. Contacting Underground does not extend a card issuer’s or legal deadline.
