Your products and customers
Sellers are responsible for product quality, truthful photos, designs, descriptions, measurements, condition, available variants, prices, inventory and legal rights to sell. List only products you own, created, or are lawfully authorized to sell. Do not sell counterfeit or stolen goods, copy protected designs without permission, misuse branding, or make fake or misleading claims.
Provide a realistic shipping timeframe and a clear return policy before purchase. Ship as promised, add accurate carrier and tracking details, respond to order problems, preserve fulfillment evidence and provide refunds when required by law or the applicable policy. A seller’s policy cannot remove mandatory buyer rights.
Fees, access and responsibility
An active verified subscription and required seller/payment setup control publishing and selling. Platform fees and payment-provider fees are separate and described in the linked fee policies. You remain responsible for your taxes, product compliance and promises to buyers. Underground may review or restrict selling for policy breaches; obligations to existing buyers continue.
Underground does not guarantee sales, followers, income, views, or business results.
Payment-provider terms determine actual fee, refund, dispute, negative-balance and payout responsibilities. These seller promises do not override those terms or guarantee that Underground has no liability.
Nothing in these policies removes rights that applicable law makes mandatory, or prevents a legitimate card dispute, payment-provider complaint, regulatory report, or honest review. Contacting Underground does not extend a card issuer’s or legal deadline.
