Use the support form below for marketplace concerns, appeals, privacy requests and intellectual-property reports. The current form requires sign-in and stores a private support case; a response or refund timeframe is not guaranteed.
Give the relevant order or listing details and a concise explanation. Do not include passwords, recovery links, card numbers, bank details or identity documents. Use account recovery if you cannot sign in. A public legal-contact channel and verified operator details must be finalized before launch so people without account access can also reach the operator.
Nothing in these policies removes rights that applicable law makes mandatory, or prevents a legitimate card dispute, payment-provider complaint, regulatory report, or honest review. Contacting Underground does not extend a card issuer’s or legal deadline.
