Payout Policy

Version 2026-10-05.1

Preview policies. Underground’s legal operator, business location and public legal-contact details are awaiting owner confirmation. These drafts do not activate live checkout or replace mandatory consumer rights. Material changes will receive a new version.

Proposed seven-day rule — inactive

The proposed launch rule is a review period of 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery before an order may become eligible for payout. This proposal is inactive until Stripe approval and effective provider enforcement have been demonstrated. It is not a statement that Underground currently holds a seller’s Stripe balance or can prevent a manual payout.

Under the proposal, eligibility would require a verified paid order, an active seller, shipment with valid tracking, reliable carrier evidence of delivery, and no unresolved dispute or risk restriction. A seller marking an order Delivered is not sufficient proof and does not start the proposed seven-day period. Completing the period would not override an unresolved issue, guarantee a payout, or establish when a bank receives funds.

Payment accounts and bank settlement

Sellers complete verification and maintain their payment and bank details through Stripe. The current integration is a test environment with seller-owned direct charges. A successful test charge, available balance or displayed estimate is not a real bank deposit.

Stripe’s account settings, verification, risk reviews, availability rules, bank timing and applicable agreements determine payouts. Underground cannot promise a payout date or use this policy to override provider controls. Any proposed marketplace review period is separate from an actual provider-enforced payout restriction and must be verified before being advertised.

Sellers must respond to lawful refund and dispute obligations and keep sufficient funds available as required by their provider agreement. Platform commissions reach the platform’s provider balance and are paid out according to that account’s settings; they do not instantly arrive in a bank for every sale. A support case or listing restriction alone does not prove that Stripe funds are held.
